Supplier has continually made mistakes on every order for months and refuses to correct the mistakes (on their end) unless you place another order with them. They then make mistakes on that order and repeat the cycle refusing to fix or rectify their mistakes unless you pay more money. SCAM!!! From sending the wrong product, to misprints, to colours not matching on the same box (they say it’s our fault we didn’t pay more for Pantone even though other suppliers have no issue with colour consistency in CMYK). They refuse to reply to messages unless you agree to order more. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! They have cost our company hundreds of dollars in mistakes and in lost hours trying to rectify the errors. I have never dealt with a supplier so unwilling to correct their mistakes even when they admit it’s their fault.
